Movimento Mulheres Regentes
The idea of holding a Symposium on Women Conductors was born at a meeting of four Brazilian conductors, Ligia Amadio, Claudia Feres, Erica Hindrikson and Vania Pajares, who gathered to exchange views on their professional trajectories.
At that meeting, they found that many of the problems they faced as women conductors, in the exercise of profession and development of their careers, were common to all of them.
Therefore, the First International Symposium Women Conductors intends to create a permanent space of reflection on the role of woman conductors in professional setting of Classical Music in Brazil and other countries, and seek for mechanisms for the women conductors to have the same opportunities as their peers.
More than a Symposium, is a movement that intends to have permanent action until there is no longer need for the constant question: Why are there so few women conductors?
For the sake of Women Conductors Movement, takes place in August, September and October of 2016, a se- ries of concerts for dissemination and awareness of the importance of these actions.
A ideia de realizar um Simpósio sobre as Mulheres Regentes nasceu em um encontro entre quatro maestrinas brasileiras, Ligia Amadio, Cláudia Feres, Érica Hindrikson e Vânia Pajares, que se reuniram para intercambiar impressões sobre suas trajetórias profissionais. Nessa reunião, constataram que muitos dos problemas que enfrentavam, como mulheres regentes, no exercício da profissão e no desenvolvimento de suas carreiras eram comuns a todas.
Através do I Simpósio Internacional Mulheres Regentes/ Mujeres Directoras/ Women Conductors, pretende-se criar um espaço de permanente reflexão sobre a atuação da mulher regente no cenário profissional da Música Clássica no Brasil e nos países americanos, principalmente, e buscar os mecanismos para que as regentes tenham as mesmas oportunidades que seus colegas.
Mais que um Simpósio, é um Movimento, que pretende ter ação permanente, até que não surja mais a eterna pergunta: Por que há tão poucas mulheres regentes? Em prol do Movimento Mulheres Regentes, realiza-se nos meses de agosto, setembro e outubro de 2016 uma série de concertos para divulgação e conscientização da importância e necessidade dessas ações.
Die Idee, ein Symposium über Dirigentinnen abzuhalten, entstand bei einem Treffen der vier brasilianischen Dirigentinnen Ligia Amadio, Claudia Feres, Erica Hindrikson und Vania Pajares, die zusammenkamen, um sich über ihre berufliche Laufbahn auszutauschen.
Bei diesem Treffen stellten sie fest, dass viele der Probleme, mit denen sie als Dirigentinnen bei der Ausübung ihres Berufs und der Entwicklung ihrer Karriere konfrontiert waren, allen gemeinsam waren.
Das erste internationale Symposium Dirigentinnen beabsichtigt daher, einen permanenten Reflexionsraum für die Rolle von Dirigenteninnen im professionellen Umfeld klassischer Musik in Brasilien und anderen Ländern zu schaffen und nach Mechanismen zu suchen, mit denen die Dirigentinnen die gleichen Möglichkeiten wie ihre Kollegen haben .
Mehr als ein Symposium, ist eine Bewegung, die permanent handeln will, bis die ständige Frage nicht mehr nötig ist: Warum gibt es so wenige Dirigentinnen?
Im Interesse der Bewegung Dirigentinnen finden im August, September und Oktober 2016 eine Reihe von Konzerten statt, um die Bedeutung und Notwendigkeit dieser Maßnahmen bekannt zu machen und für sie zu sensibilisieren.
